ET-14 LED Dash Light ReviewIn my line of work as a firefighter/EMT, having the proper fire lights installed on our emergency vehicles is essential to the safety and security of our team. Having spent hours under the hood of our emergency vehicles, I can appreciate a reliable product when I see one. I recently helped install the ET-14 LED fire lights system on one of our rescue vehicles and was pleasantly surprised by what I found.

The ET-14 LED fire lights are a leading edge emergency lighting system. Equipped with twelve three-watt generation bulbs, the brightness and clarity of the system is second to none. I also appreciate having two independently controlled LED arrays that add reliability to the system. In very dark environments, the ET-14 does a fantastic job of keeping the area surrounding the vehicle well lit.

I also like the fact that the ET-14 fire lights rig can easily be installed and if needed, quickly and remounted with little effort. The suction cups make quick secure adhesion to just about any surface on or inside of the emergency vehicle. I especially like that I can affix the system to the dash of my vehicles without cluttering up or blocking the view of my front windshield.

The ET-14 was an easy pick for our department because it can be used on several different types of emergency vehicles. In one case we were quickly able to use the ET-14 as a back-up take down lighting system when one of our vehicle’s dash system went haywire. The fact that the system worked so well in a pinch made it a great buy and a reliable addition to our department’s lighting needs.
